Fairland Studios offer more than just a place to live. They’re built in lively areas where all the facilities that make life go round are within easy reach.

The communal space includes a laundry bar where tenants can wash and dry clothes etc for a small fee. Payment is via an app, so you don’t have to bother with cash.

District U offers everything those living here could wish for. Spaces to live, work, exercise and meet others. It’s well-connected too, with public transport that gets to the centre of Rotterdam or Hoek van Holland within 15 minutes. What’s more, the Stadsstrand KW Haven city beach and Kroepoekfabriek music venue are just a 5-minute bike ride from Fairland. The centre of Vlaardingen is 5 minutes from District U. With the A20 and A4 also close by, it takes less than 20 minutes to drive into the heart of Rotterdam.
